About the Role

Hometown Markets is hiring Store Associates to support daily store operations across multiple shift options. This role includes customer service, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers and provide friendly service.
Operate the register and process transactions.
Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Assist with food and beverage areas as needed.
Communicate issues to management as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and dependable attendance.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to remain active throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn (training provided).
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, walking, and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.

Schedule

Morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts available.
Scheduling preferences discussed during the interview process.
Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.

Work Environment

This role requires standing, walking, stocking merchandise, and general cleaning throughout the shift.

Location & Scheduling Flexibility

Employees are assigned a primary location. Applicants may be considered for multiple locations based on preference and business needs.
